I have been so upset with a response I received from one of the reps a few months ago. I was going to start looking for a different insurance because of it. But I had to call today and I ended up with Trisha Gonzalez. Because of how Trisha handled my concerns and explained everything to me... I decided to stay. She is an asset to the agency and to Allstate. I will only speak with her from now on.
I am only giving 5 stars for TRISHA. Because the girl last year left me upset and crying.

Steve Razo is the BEST agent i have ever worked with. He is always friendly, professional, helpful, and patient. He takes the time to figure out what i need and to make sure I understand everything very well and to answer all the questions I have (and sometimes I have a lot 😂) But Steve is very knowledgeable and he always takes the time to work through everything with me and makes sure I understand everything and I have the best plan for my needs. And on top of all that, he's always such a genuinely friendly person. It truly feels more like calling a good friend than calling an agent whenever we talk. I highly recommend both him and the office he works at.

Jenn Felix is not only a great person & makes sure your Home & auto insurance is up to date but she saved my husbands life. He came to the office & she noticed he was acting strange. She got him home where he was taken by ambulance to the hospital. I had many more years with him. She may not save your life but she will be sure your home & auto insurance is everything you need.
